WITCH: Full cast audio drama (Digital download)
WITCH, written by Tracey Norman, saw its world premiere at the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic in Boscastle, Cornwall in July 2016; the first piece of live theatre ever to be performed in the museum library. It has since toured through the UK, including Bristol, Yorkshire and London.
This new recording with the original cast was made in 2019, prior to the show's 75th performance and London premiere.
Margery Scrope has been accused of Witchcraft by her neighbour Thomas Latimer. Now they are both brought before the local magistrate, Sir William Tyrell, who must decide if Margery is indeed a witch or if Latimer's accusation is merely the result of a neighbourly squabble. The plot twists and turns as Margery and Latimer each fight their corner, but, ultimately, Margery's life hangs on the answer to one question - Is she, or isn't she...
